Love the way it charges unlike the other chargers. They were very had to get them to charge. The Sense 2 charger is so much better. Would have liked a more girly style, but this is ok. I bought a different band and it looks a lot better!

Easy to set up and pair; gives me all the metrics I could want. I upgraded from a Fitbit Versa, and I am glad I did.

This was purchased for the heart test feature. Do appreciate the hands on test-battery life is too short. The plastic band also uncomfortable at times. Looked at other bands, they look plastic also. Will look on the website in the future for cloth or leather bands. Please make me happier with less plastic/latex bands

A great buy!

Im very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a fitbit.

I like the metrics it measures and tracking different exercises. Relatively pretty comfortable band, size, and weight. Decent battery life. I can easily go for days without charging. The only con is some info doesn't load sometimes, like the weather, sleep, and readiness score, unless you go to the app and sync to the watch. This is a bit inconvenient.

It was not holding charge so I purchased this one Sense 2. I love it. Works perfectly and keeps charge for 4-5 days. Satisfied customer.
