It mesures how I sleep and my heart rate etc while running. It has helped me improve my physical fitness with all the information that it gives me.

Adult son was so happy & hugged this Christmas gift. It was his favorite and most needed. He wants to track multiple things for health purposes and after reading tons of reviews, this was the only watch I wanted for him! It went on sale and I was able to snag a fair deal for the brand, quality and services provided. Pretty happy with this purchase and son we bought it for, LOVES it! He's very happy. Love the color, its sleek and professional so he'll be able to wear it for casual wear & work. Great quality. Functionality is why we purchased this particular watch. Battery life is good. Even tests glucose! Highly recommend!!

I love this Fitbit

I got it to help me track my health metrics such as my heart rate. It's also great for tracking my steps, water intake, exercise and sleep. I have used Fitbit for many years and will continue to purchase them.

Ensure the tracker is snug (but comfortable) for heart-rate monitoring and restart the device if you're still running into issues. Was easy to set up with my phone. Can change wrist bands quickly for a different look. Definitely recommend.

The 24/7 heart rate tracking is phenomenal, and nobody can match the sleep tracking. I have hypertension and sleep apnea and this device helps me out so much. The exercise tracking is top notch as well. great screen and easy to use UI! Did I mention I get 5-6 days of battery life between charges?

I do like the design but for some reason, the band irritates my wrist more than my others, and color me surprised when I noticed that Fitbit removed the ability to control my music from the watch. That was very disappointing. I gave this to my kid and bought an Apple Watch. I will miss the longer charge of the Fitbit, but they keep taking away instead of adding. I also don’t like being forced to sign into Fitbit through Google.

I’ve watched several YouTube videos on how to use it but I still can’t figure out some things. It counts my steps and tracks my sleep. I guess that’s all I really need. But I haven’t figured out the benefits of paying for premium
