    The watch was alright and the battery life was good, but you can only respond to a text message or answer a phone call from the watch, you can't initiate them.

      Hi there, RosalindaF. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting Bluetooth on the Sense 2 — we get this can be frustrating. Here’s a few steps to resolve this:

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
      2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device with your phone.
      3. Check your phone permissions.

      * Keep the band and area under the device clean and dry
      * Make sure the band isn’t too tight
      * Give your wrist an occasional break—remove the device for an hour after prolonged wear

      Find our complete wear-and-care instructions at fitbit.com/global/us/product-care. After your symptoms subside, try wearing your device again while using the tips above. If your symptoms return, we suggest you stop wearing the device and consider one of our alternative band options.
