I would recommend this smartwatch to anyone that is trying to get fit. The app has great features that go along with the watch. Its comfortable. Also when you are talking on it you feel like you are 007! Or inspector gadget!

The screen is very fragile, after a year the battery does not hold much charge, I bought it for my wife and she says she liked the brand.

I do like the watch with all it's apps. Find your phone is great but all the health apps give good info. I wanted this because it will tell you when you are in Afib and then you can track it. Hope it will hold up to getting wet washing dishes.

    Not worth the upgrade

I have a Sense and decided to upgrade to Sense 2. I got it set up and used it for about 10 minutes and decided that it was not for me. I returned it and went back to my original Sense. They messed up when they removed all of the 3rd party apps that I actually use on my current Sense. Swiping right now only gives you stats and you are limited to a few apps. If you have never had a Sense and truly only want fitness info, this is the watch for you. If you like the "smart" options to the Sense, stick with the original Sense. You will not like the "upgrade."

Love the sense 2 and the price was great. It's been a really great watch. I wish fitbit would have the option for somethings other than a silicone band as it gives me a rash but quality is great. However the battery does not last but about three days on a full charge.

I prefer the charge over this one. I had to unpair and resync twice for no reason. Very annoying.

I love my watch. It lets me set reminders with my voice, ask Alexa questions, track workouts, set alarms by day of week and time, timers, check weather. Fitbit subscription is worth every penny and six months free is great. I'm good here.

The Sense 2 does what it is suppose to do. Features are nice but for many of the features you have to utilize an app. Stand alone features on watch would be better. Very limited wrist bands available. Those that are are limited in style, size, and materials. I hate the Silicone bands they do not breath and they leave rash even after washing. The bands are cheap make a good fabric band that breaths and stretches.

I upgraded from the Sense 1 to the Sense 2. Only complaint that I have is that the armbands for the Sense 1 are not 100% compatible.

I upgraded from a Sense to the Sense 2. It seems obvious that with Google announcing their smartwatch they took away many features from the Sense 2. If you're looking for a fitness tracker with long battery life the Sense 2 is ok but it is overpriced. If you are looking for smartwatch features look at other devices. Yesterday (10/18) I received an email from Fitbit offering the Sense 2 for $199 until 10/22. This seems desperate and I wish I would have waited to purchase and trade in the Sense 1.

Worked great as far as counting steps etc...but no wifi connection or ability to see calls or texts. For me personally it was uncomfortable but may just be because of my type of work and I believe I have carpel tunnel.

Retail cost for the Sense 2 is higher than the Sense. The Sense 2 is less featured than the Sense. The Sense 2 does not have the ability for a Wifi connection, only a blue tooth connection to a smart phone. There is no ability to answer smart phone calls. There's no Voice Assistant option to use Google Assistant, just Amazon Alexa. There's no ability to download apps like Google Maps, Spotify or Emergency ID. All these features are available on the original Sense.

First time taking it out of the box, unable to complete setup on 2 different Android devices. As soon as we enter the code it says “Something went wrong”. Google that. Tons of people having this issue over the years and getting anything from “wait for a new Fitbit app update” to warranty replacements. Unfortunately my girlfriend waited too long to set it up so it’s 2 weeks outside of the return window. Don’t usually expect this kind of issue out of the box. Really didn’t expect it to be this common. We’ll see how the replacement does.
