    It didn’t really have the capabilities I was looking for with making and receiving calls but if you just want it for the fitness aspect it’s great.

    I am very happy with my Fitbit Sense 2 watch. I has all the health and fitness features that are important to me. They are easy to setup and use. I would not hesitate to recommend this watch to anyone.

    This Fitbit looks nice and it's great for tracking exercise. It's not quite as easy to use as the Fitbit Versa but it's still pretty easy to use.

    When Fitbit was still Fitbit, this smart watch was outstanding. Once Google purchased Fitbit everything fell apart. The apps don’t work like they’re supposed to the notifications. Don’t come through like they’re supposed you upgrade you reboot you do everything they tell you too still does work like it should. And now the back piece is falling off of mine and it’s broke and I can no longer wear it.

    Worthless product with inaccurate heart rate monit

    Heart rate is completely off. Fitbit downgraded this from the sense. This watch is nothing but a gimmick. I got cancer and got this watch too monitor my health and it is so far off it's just a child's toy. It is nowhere accurate at all. It's a complete waste of money!

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She has just started using it but loves its features so far and its sleek design. She is excited to learn and use the sleep features.

    The readings for elliptical exercise did make sense to me. I returned the item mainly because of skin irritation.

    I bought this for my mothers birthday because her cardiologist said to get a watch with the ecg function. My mother is 70 but still works and uses technology daily. I even struggled just programming the thing. You cannot change the font size like on an Apple Watch. Getting the ecg function to work is difficult because it asks you to put 2 fingers on the screen in a specific way but the sensors don’t always recognize it. We took it back. Would not recommend. Apple Watch is way more user friendly.

    It was just ok. Returned it and got a Samsung galaxy watch instead which is about the same price with more features.

    No real warranty

    No warranty at all. After a few months the battery only last one day. I don’t use any features like messages or anything related to the phone. Only thing I use is the time, my sleep, heart rate and oxygen. I contacted Fitbit support and they said that features drain the battery so denied the help. If the manual said that feature could drain the battery you are not covered. It has no sense because it’s been months using the same features and the battery was ok. I didn’t even use anything of the regular features. The call center it’s been a nightmare they only read the manual to you and said good luck. My heart rate sensor is not working and they told me is normal and I need to reset the watch which I already did but they keep saying this! After having garming omg I missed them. The support was amazing compared to this. Of course I will never buy Fitbit again it feels like a real scam to me

    It froze a couple of times already. Notification is delayed and not working all the time. Battery life not as advertised even though i don't use always on display.

    Not too great. I bought this for my mom deaf mom, in hopes to communicate with her via text; however, the I am constantly having to disconnect the watch and reconnect because she does not receive the notifications. I thought I was upgraded her from a the fitbit. Not a great "upgrade".

    The device is good but the app is terrible. The app does not work with any 3rd party service already, and it still drains a lot of battery. Many detailed datas are only available with monthly subscription.
