    This Fitbit IS a lot nicer than any others that I've owned, however, the battery barely lasts 2 days, had I known that before purchasing, I would have gone with a different watch. Fitbits generally fall apart within a year, so if this one lives up to that history, it will be the last one I purchase.

    It froze all the time. Sometimes it would just be a black screen and i could do mothing with it. It was poorly made and hard a very hard time staying connected to my phone.

    Love it! It's lighter than my old one. Ordered a different band. The one that came with it makes my arm sweat.

    All the features you loved from older Fitbits, pending an unlisted future update. It's fast but can't take calls

    Unfortunately I had to return this watch due to malfunction. Though no fault of Best Buy. This was the 2nd fitbit I purchased ( other watch was purchased elsewhere but had same malfuntions ) I will say, the customer service experience was superior.

    I am enjoying my Sense 2. I found it easy to sync with my phone. Much easier than my last Fit Bit.

    The Fitbit Sense 2 I received did not work properly. Unfortunately I didn't discover it until the Best Buy two week return period was over. Fitbit replaced it with a refurbished one that didn't work either. They send a third refurbished one that worked better. I liked my Versa Lite much better than the Sense. The Sense 2 doesn't vibrate enough for me to feel the notifications. The menus are more difficult to navigate. Even though I've used their products for 10 years, I would suggest getting a different brand than Fitbit.

    Works until charger melted just outside of warrant

    Works great until the charger melts just one month outside of warranty. This is the 3rd for it that breaks down for whatever reason literally right when warranty ends. Thank god for credit card extended warranty.

    Mine doesn’t hold a very long charge like my original sense used to. Kind of disappointed FitBit.

      1. Turn off the always-on display setting.
      2. Avoid using the GPS continuously.
      3. Dim the screen or turn on auto brightness
