Good watch, replaced it once because of the charging connection, so far all is good.

I replaced my old Fitbit with this new one an d the improved performance was immediately noticeable! I love this new one!

Useful features available with oler version are missing, such as hourly step counts.

Good battery life. Lack of support for cgm and apps.

Can't always get my read out on how I slept. Have to have watch in exactly the right place for it to work.

The new watch has been fine. However, I've yet to see a credit for the trade in that was done at the same time. BB is quick to take the money and apparently slow as molasses to provide the credit for the trade in. It's now 3+ weeks after the purchase.

I bought this for myself hoping that it will give me motivation to get active, record foods I eat, etc. I'm sure there's more to using this fitness smartwatch but I need to research it more.

I am new at this! Still learning how to set everything up on this watch! A gift to me from my Mother for Mothers Day.

First Fitbit that I've purchased and really enjoying it.

I bought this watch as a replacement/upgrade to my Versa 2. It looks nice and is often mistaken for an Apple Watch. I thought it would be just as great as the Versa 2 but find myself regretting my purchase. Because I am outside of my return window I am kind of stuck with it now. The sensitivity on the screen is horrible. I have a very difficult time setting my exercises so I’ve tried playing with the Settings a few times and nothing has fixed it. Overall, the touch sensitivity is just not great but I can get past that. One thing I can’t overlook, though, is how bad the GPS tracking is, I’ve compared the Versa 4’s GPS readings (distance) to a few different devices when I’ve gone hiking with friends on different occasions and my watch always over estimates the distance by at least half a mile. When I open the app to see the trails I’ve hiked the tracker/signal seems to shoot off really far off my trail so it adds to my distance. Today, I went on a 5 mile hike and my Versa 4 has me down for 8 miles! My phone health app, my hiking buddy’s phone and watch also read about 5 miles. I’ve connected my V2 to my app a couple times to try to figure out what’s wrong & I am only having the issues when I connect the Versa 4.

This item I will not be buying again it does not comport my Apple Watch at all. I was under the impression that it was like the same thing and it’s not.

Keep coming back and wearing a fitbit as my tracker.

Love my Fitbit I’ve always preferred fitbits over Apple Watches feel like they are more accurate
