Very minimal information, which is expected since it’s mainly a fitness watch. However, I believe Google ruined it in terms of software, and the app doesn’t sync well with the watch. I continuously have to go into the app to update the info on my watch.

Posted .Hey there, FrancisO. Sorry to see you’re having syncing issues on the Versa 4 — we totally understand how frustrating that can be. Normally, a quick reset can solve those issues — here’s how:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
3. Release the button. When the tracker vibrates and shows a smile icon, your tracker has restarted.

Band has snapped off the body inadvertently twice

I've never had to take the band off though, so I'm not sure how simple that is. With that said, twice now, the strap has come off the body of the watch. Once I found the watch on the car floor and the other time still inside my jacket sleeve just waiting to fall to the ground. I think this is a design flaw for simple movements to cause the band to snap loose. I definitely do not have it too tight and I marked the eye-hole so I can put it on the same looseness after charging. I would have thought it would have to be a really overt action to undue the band from the body. But it might snap off just as easily as the band snaps on. I'm surely going to loose it for good soon.

Very light and thin

With 50$ best buy gift car makes sense to get it. It had a glitch,. drained the battery overnight. But after restart draining stopped. Overall very nice device, very light, good looking.

It is more comfortable than my Charge 5. The battery last me 8 days and it has all the features I want in a fitness watch.
