Wife happy with her first "smartwatch"!

She's very happy with all the functions and appearance, and likes the "screen" size (large enough to read, but still small enough to not look out of place). Good value for the money.

I love the versatility in being able to change faces and all the different stats I'm able to view. The band is easily swappable and much easier to put on versus older Versa smartwatch bands.

Stick with Polar...

I am underwhelmed. First off, the heartrate does not sync with gym equipment, so I cannot use for heart rate training. The sleep tracker metrics are sketchy at best.

1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

The time is smaller than my old watch therefore I have to grab my glasses to see the time. Some of the technology improved and some they took away

It stopped working for no appparent reason

However, it stopped working for no apparent reason. initially, I thought i needed to be charged, but after allowing it to be charged for one half of a day, it still would not work.

Buyer Beware!

Thankfully it was still under an extended warranty; and Best Buy exchanged it for a new one. Now the new one has stopped working. Ridiculous! Buyer Beware.

Versa 4 review

I have used them to monitor my sleep and to keep track of walking steps. The Versa 4 does those things well. I am not so pleased with the band design as it is just a little difficult in connecting at the right place.

A heart rate pattern was shown to a doctor and after testing I had afib. It had it corrected. This is my fourth Fitbit. I wear them out working on a farm. Always a Fitbit owner from now on

Only negative is it fails to give the O2 percentage level sometimes and when it does show it, it is almost always 93%. When I check my O2 percentage level with another device, it is always 98% to 100%

Slight improvement from their Versa 2/3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if app, watch or both are causing problems with showing sleep correctly, because I can’t believe I’m awake for 3 hrs while I was sleeping??? Zone minutes fluctuates every day, doesn’t always count stairs taken. Every time there is an update something else is wrong with either App or watch. Since I only use it for walking it’s like you get what you pay for and the more expensive watches have so many issues I decided to keep this one and deal with the app or watch issues.

For sleeping:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.

Regarding Active Zone Minutes: The watch calculates active minutes using metabolic equivalents to measure exercise intensity. Activities such as walking, could count as active minutes.
