New device and the sleep tracking is terrible gone are the days when the Fitbit was my go to device.

1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

Watch won't sync with phone to tablet

Had for just a month now and it is extremely overpriced and overrated. I've had to reset it twice this week and it's still not staying connected. Do Not Buy!!!

I was trying to decide between the Fitbit and an Apple watch, but decided on the Fitbit because she had owned two other Fitbit Versa watches. My only reservation with Fitbit was if it will be able to take the wear and tear my wife seems to put her watches through. Time will tell.

Versa 4

I think get a newer version would be even better but I was sadly mistaken. I later found out that Fitbit no longer offers additional apps on the device which was really disappointing.

Not as good as the versa 3 imo.

Since I’ve had it, not really impressed. Harder to find the exercises for workout and not really an improvement. Battery life is supposed to be longer but is basically the same. I wish I would have just stuck with the versa 3.
