Versa 4 features and some minor issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Prefer Versa 2

Initially had to contact "Support " to walk me through setting up because watch was not syncing. Although more features than my Versa 2 not as user friendly for this senior.

Now she has the newer one with a 3 year warranty and I’m the best big sister in the world !

Upgrade from V2

I like the upgrades for physical monitors and the revised menu structure. The standard watchband is a little awkward but promises to be more durable than the V2. Still causes some skin irritation like the V2 band. Some previous features are now apps to add and manage. The apps are not straight forward to find when needed - still figuring it out.
