I am very greatful that the item was ready for pickup two days earlier. I came into the store and was greeted with professionalism. I was in and out within ten minutes.

Versa 4 features and some minor issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
