After getting the watch set up, the battery was lasting only two days. Fitbit customer service quickly sent the replacement. I'm happy with the Versa 4 and the great customer service.

Only problem is when my arm gets really sweaty it messes with the heart rate reader, so it doesn’t show accurately. And the strap will rub your arm a little raw if you sleep with it on

The Versa 4 has the same great feature but have been upgraded beautifully, and more efficiently. I was surprised by the speakerphone aspect of the watch, was a nice surprise. Overall I am very satisfied.

Like the new features but we are still learning everything it will do. Would like to see them develop a stronger wrist band. In our opinion, Versa 4 is a good upgrade for Versa 2.

I love the reminder feature that tells you to get more steps in. I'm looking forward to fitbit helping my wife and I become healthier in 2024!

So, I did not read anything that could teach me how to use my Fitbit. I'm going to ask a sales person at Best Buy to SHOW ME & TEACH ME how to use the different functions.

Hate having to get yet another charging style. I will not use the premium services once the free trial is over, not necessary for me. Easy set up and good value for the cost.
