    I love it! This is my second Fitbit Versa; I upgraded from the Versa 2. It does everything I want it to do, and it has many features. I have a small wrist, and I appreciate that the face doesn't look bulky on my wrist. It's a good product at a good price.

    I like it overall but I had the versa 2 and when you flipped your wrist it would light up the screen. I have click on the side button on the versa 4 and that’s a little annoying

    The ONLY thing good is a long battery! If you have a notification problem dont hold your breath they will only read you the cue card answers that google supplies their techs with. After that, the techs say someone will contact you and it never happens. I’ve sent pictures of my iphone settings to fitbit that they asked me to do and its been over a month and nothing. Same ole cue card answer. It doesn’t matter what fitbit I own this is the normal response when randomly text stop coming to the phone. I noticed since fitbit sold company to google the supoort is bad. After yrs of owning Fitbits with round and round no conclusions or fixes & I just having to buy the next newest one for a quick fix. This is probably why fitbit has told best buy NOT to allow customers to buy the extended warranty says something. I finally went back to an Apple watch and love it!

    Looks nice but doesn’t report all information in particular sleep information the Fitbit says no data even though the iPad it’s linked to give the previous nights data. Disappointing and will cancel premium service after six month trial period.

      Hi there, Ddoright. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with sleep tracking on the Versa 4. You can fix syncing issues by checking the last sync time and ensuring sufficient battery on the watch. Automatic sync happens near the phone with the app open.

      If syncing fails or sleep data is missing:
      1. Open Fitbit app.
      2. Pull down to refresh.
      3. Close the app and toggle Bluetooth.
      4. Manually sync the Fitbit.

    It's ok for what I paid. I like the versa two more because the ability to download music to it. I was bummed to find out they got rid of that feature. Also the button on this broke within a couple months and made the watch useless, since half the time the feature that turns the watch on when you look at it doesn't work. But it does everything else I want it to. I would give it more stars if the button didn't stop working. I don't use Alexa on it or the tap to pay so I'm not sure how well that works. But it tracks my exercises descently.

    this is my 2nd fitbit and I really enjoy them and the fact that they can integrate with both iPhones and droids. plus really like the fact of being able to answer calls while having headphones on

    I really love the Versa smartwatches this is my 2nd one. Started with the 2 and upgraded to the 4. They are comfortable and they have some cool watch faces and are pretty accurate.

    Costumer service at Best Buy was excellent. Fitbit has not answered my letter for complaint, thankfully Amazon Finally did resolve my purchase of a Versa 2, battery did not last 5 months, absolutely worst experience with Fitbit. Versa 4 is much better product…

    Only worked for a little over a week, Fitbit customer service was happy to send a replacement, but it was refurbished so feel like that wasn't a true replacement.

    Don"t buy it, and DEFINITELY don't purchase it from BEST BUY. I've only had the Versa 4 for 3 weeks today. Shortly after purchasing I had issues with settings changing on their own. Do not disturb and Sleep mode would turn on without me doing it. I only noticed because I wasn't getting notifications. One night the versa 4 locked up with both DND/Sleep mode turned on, and I had to do a factory reset. That was literally no more than 2 weeks after purchase. Syncing has been a MAJOR problem. It was glitchy at first but has only gotten worse. It currently has not synced since yesterday morning. The only way I've been able to force it is turning off both the device and my phone, or reinstalling the app etc. There have also been gaps in time of recording heartrate. I reached out to Best Buy maybe 36 hours past the 15 day "price match/return period" (that I was unaware was SO soon until I spoke to them), and Best Buy would NOT help at all. I tried again today. Nope, nothing. Not with the price match or return on a defective device. I have reached out to Best Buy twice, to no avail. Had it been a month or so later I could understand, but it was 16 days the first time. The end result, I'm paying full price for something on sale $50 less right now, and I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have to replace it. Too many problems...not worth it!

    Use to have an apple watch and love it. I switched to fitbit because its cheaper and works just as good. The hr is pretty accurate to the ones at the doctors. I recommend the versa 4

    This is the first "smartwatch" for my wife. She's very happy with all the functions and appearance, and likes the "screen" size (large enough to read, but still small enough to not look out of place). Good value for the money.
