On the other hand, the Nest thermostat is always the best on the market, especially when there are special offers. Its list price is way overpriced for value for money

A bit pricy but worth it if you are regularly turning your thermostat on and off, or always switching from hot and cold. Learns your habits but also easy to program your own schedule.

It was defective, could not recognize correct wiring and fan stayed on only to pop an error code. Returning and switching back to old Hineywell thermostat for now. Looks like they recycled a defective product from a previous return without much certification. Disappointed. Will look into some other brand for a smart thermostat.

Geek Squad installed it for me & setup the basic functions on my Google Home app but due to my hectic work schedule I haven't made the time to set up the full schedule but the thermostat actually learns your preferred temperature settings & your daily schedule! It adjust itself to match what you set it at during the 1st week then just does it by itself!
