Also love the fact that in the app I can see the humidity levels in my house, which other thermostats that I have used don’t offer.

I dont know why havent made this purchase way before now. The thermostat is very smart but one thing I will advise, GET THE SENSORS and purchase the C-Wire accessory, if you dont have a C-Wire or purchase a separate 24v adapter. This thermostat will change your life. And the wife will love it

Refurbished not worth it

It would not hold a charge, it kept losing connection to WiFi and it would randomly go offline. Product was returned 3 days after purchase

It's super helpful to run the fan for 30 mins to 24 hours if you're trying to air out the house. I love it, it really starts to know when you turn down the temperature. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying this thing certified refurbished. Nothing was wrong or missing with my device and I got it like $80 off the original price

When it "learns", it has the ability to help monitor your heat and cooling to save a bit on our utility bills as well as do just a little bit for the environment. It's easy to see understand why this is and has been a top-selling thermostat.

Worked with Nest Tech support without success. Returned thermostat to Google-Nest. They sent another refurbished unit that worked. Without heat for four days.
