Not Boiler Friendly

Fine- ive purchased refurbished products in the past. There was only a 10 day return window. There were no instructions included in the box. It’s fine if a product is used but you need to disclose to the consumer that there are no instructions in the packaging. (Its usually a sign)If Best Buy is going to stamp their refurbished quality star on it, make sure it has all the parts/instructions . We were able to find the instructions online which added time to the project. This product does NOT work with a boiler system. The additional purchase of a google C adapter did not help. The Ecobee is a friendlier product to use with a boiler system per heating/cooling professionals. I would love to work with Best Buy on finding a better solution regarding the return.

The wiring needed some extra help from our HVAC company but once they connected everything correctly it's been working out great for us. I love being able to see the energy that I am saving each month by having this installed.

The ability to set routine with voice commands. Great price as well. While the learning thermostat has more features they may not be necessary for you compare.

Setup is simple, just follow the prompts on your phone. The thermostat is handy for those that want to be more green or just thrifty and reduce energy usage when you are not at home.
