We understand that having the outdoor temperature from the thermostat display’s home screen can be ideal for you. While the home screen shows you the ambient temperature (indoor) and the target temperature, you can switch from the temperature screen to the Quick view screen by tapping the touch bar on the right side of the thermostat to display the outside temperature along with the other information and icons where you can dig into the thermostat settings.

A range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance and connectivity of your thermostat. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. If your thermostat is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points.
