Other than the fact that the charging cable was a long black one and a minor scratch that’s covered by the phone case anyway, there was no difference between this and a new phone. Overall a great deal. I’m now a fan of refurbished products after seeing the saving and the product quality.

At first I was sketched out by the purchase because I had to pick it up from an outlet store which I've never been to. But the phone came perfectly intact and it has worked well. Thank you for this fast and easy process

I bought this phone in store, paid with cash. I was told it was unlocked. It was shipped to my home. When I turned it on and went through the setup. It has a message saying it was being managed by Google IT. It had a number to call so I called it. Google told me there was nothing they could do and I should return it. I love 45 mins away from any Best Buy. So I call geek squad said was told there was nothing they could do and I should reach out to Google. Told them I already have. To get a hold of Best Buy. Was told to come to store. They couldn't do anything in store either. Said I should talk to google. Once again I told them I already had. So i tried to return the phone. I was still in my return period. They couldn't refund my money. They said they didn't have enough. I should take either to another best buy. So i did. There I was told the same thing. That I would have to exchange it for something in the store. I was mad So i left. Now I'm stuck with this expensive paper weight that does nothing and no one seems to want to help me. They got my money and that's all they wanted.

Love this phone, using it to type this up great price great specs. I don't have any of the battery life issues I've found people complaining about online

once again , i m.happy to trust on refurbished purchases, best buy is the best ,never get dissapointed , google is my new fav phone

This was a great buy, although the camera bar had some gunk in the corner. Great phone though!

The phone looks and works like brand new. A tech guy told me about Best Buy refurbished phones being a great purchase and he was on the spot!

I waited a while to get the phone turned on & since getting it turned on we realize there's something wrong with the phone which is why it was probably returned. The reception is bad & it has nothing to do with the phone service bc I have the same service.. As far as it being a Google phone, my daughter loves all the different settings it has, they definitely not available on my Samsung or her dad's Apple phone.
