After returning the first pair of speakers, the second pair does the same thing. What I like, the speaker sound is not bad at all, at least worth 4 stars. The "smart speaker" part is also at least 4 stars, most of the time it plays the song I ask for and it always will turn the sound up or down when asked to do so. Bluetooth is probably 5 stars, never have a problem with it. Casting to the speaker some times has a very brief skip to the sound but it seems to stop the longer you listen to it. Now the BAD, they almost never play together because the app almost never finds either speaker, I also have a Nest Home Max which also can't be found by the app. I tried to pair the first set of speakers and that stopped them from working at all, thus the reason I returned them, so I have not paired the second set of speakers. My guess is the Google Home App needs lots of help, to have two sets of speakers not able to do the same things seems odd and the Nest Home Max also has issues when needing to use the app, such as I cannot get it to recognize a second person. MY HOPE is they will fix these issues soon but for now I would stay away from these speakers.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the app issue with your Nest Audio Speaker. While good, it seems to be hard of hearing often, either not hearing me at all or totally mistaking what I say. My old Google nest speaker was never like this. Sadly it finally but the dust.
Also I don't find the sound quality very good.
If i did it again, I would get a different option.
All this said, it mostly works well and does what asked.
