    Works good but battery drains very quickly. Bought the wiring, just need to get set up.

    Don't Buy, Doesn't Work With Nest App

    I don't know what Google is thinking trying to force people to use their trash Goole Home app. The Nest app has been the perfect app for my Nest devices for years. I have returned both this camera pack as well as the new doorbell due to lack on integration with the Nest app and problems with battery life on these new products. Decided to go with eufy instead as they have everything I need, and excellent battery life on all products. I would NOT recommend these new Google products to anyonep.

    Could be better. I hate using the home app because it totally sucks and with these you have to use the home app.

However, our priority with this launch was building a complete experience for our new cameras and doorbell in the Google Home app. We wanted to make the Google Home app as the one place you can control all your favorite Nest and other smart home devices with the Google Assistant. Here are some benefits you can get by using the Google Home app with your Nest Cam (Battery):
      - Automatic security protections, such as Suspicious activity detection, 2-Step Verification and Security Checkup.
      - Your Google Nest devices and services will work together. For example, if you have a Nest Cam and a Nest Hub, just say, ""Hey Google, show me the backyard camera” to cast your camera stream to your display without any additional setup.
      - One account to sign in to both the Nest and Google Home apps.
      - Your homes, and home members will be aligned across the Nest and Google Home apps.

    They were bigger and heavier than I thought so I returned them. Not saying they bad because I never used.

    Google changed this product and it stinks now. It doesn’t go through the Nest app anymore. You have to use the Google Home app and the phone gets very hot with that running in the background my personal opinion is that Google will probably be selling it off.

Our priority with this launch was building a complete experience for our new cameras and doorbell along with other smart home devices in the Home app. Although the new Nest cameras and doorbells are exclusive to the Google Home app, users like you with previous versions of Nest cameras can view their camera feeds in the Home app alongside the new Nest Doorbell and Nest Cams. Also, using the Google Home app provides you with a lot of benefits including access to Google's trusted security platform and access to other Google tools and with seamless integration with other Google devices. A single place to set up, manage, automate, and control your home, including devices from other brands.

      Meanwhile, we recommend trying the steps below that can clear Home app issues:
      - Make sure you’re using the most current version of the Home app on your phone or tablet.
      - Make sure that your phone is up to date, with the correct Date & Time settings.
      - Confirm that the Home app has permissions to use your phone's location.
      - Close other apps running in the background.
      - Restart your phone.

      Hi there, BishalS. Thanks for the feedback you shared about the Nest Cam (indoor, wired). We appreciate that you find the device good, but we’re sorry to hear the video quality is below your preference.

      You can adjust the video quality settings so you can choose how much your internet connection gets used by the Nest camera to stream live video. The higher quality setting is, the more bandwidth is used. But no matter which option you pick, both your camera and the app will automatically adjust its resolution to work with the available bandwidth. Here’s how:
      - Open the Home app.
      - Touch and hold your device's tile.
      - At the top right, tap Settings.
      - Choose Video.
      - Under “Video quality,” choose Max or High
