Has a good battery life. Wish it recorded longer spans of time. Handy when you want a camera but don’t have a power source close by.

Hey there, AngelaN! Thanks for the feedback, and for investing high on Nest Cam (battery). We hear your concern about the Night Vision.
We suggest checking that lights don’t shine into the camera lens, as bright lights can delay or prevent the camera from switching to Night Vision. You can also try to reset Night Vision in the Home app. Go to your camera settings and turn Night Vision off, then turn it back on.

I can now see all my neighbors looks of disappointment as they pass my lawn. The picture quality is pretty good.

I got the outdoor wireless camera but amnot super impressed with the battery life on single charge. The battery generally lasts for 7 days after which I have to bring these down to charge . Since these are wireless cameras, would it be recommended to connect them to a cable/adapter and keep it connected to power 24* 7 ? Does best buy sell a longer power cable that can be used?

It is very glitchy and slow. I thought for the price point it would be faster and better than its competitors but I was very wrong. If you don't mind not knowing who is in your driveway until 30 seconds later, this is for you.
