I had been keeping an eye out for a sale, but i never found one. Received a gift card for BB. These were easy to install, charge, and load onto my "Home". Hardware for multiple mounting situations. Batteries last approx 3-4 months depending on triggered recordings. I love being able to see my property at any time with these.

It goes offline every now and then for no apparent reason. Wi-Fi signal is strong where it is mounted, so there should be no problem. Picture is good and sensitivity is fine.

We recommend checking for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the cameras and your router as these items could block the connection. If you have a good Wi-Fi connection but the camera is offline, this can happen if the device gets too hot or too cold, and can be avoided by these:
- Your camera should not be exposed to direct sunlight
- Avoid placing your camera near objects that can cause overheating like light bulbs, lamps, large equipment/appliances, air vents, etc. Your camera needs good air circulation. Never install it in any kind of small box or enclosure as this can cause overheating.
- If mounted outdoors, you can install it under an eave or overhang, or even install a small shade above it.

Now the colors are washed out but night vision is very good. Still the cameras work very well have 5 around my house for over 3 years now.

You can adjust your cameras’ video quality that can improve the resolution. The higher the video quality setting you choose, the sharper and more detailed your footage can be, but it also uses more of your internet bandwidth. This setting lets you choose the maximum video quality for your cameras. And whichever level you pick, your camera will automatically adjust its resolution and compression according to how much bandwidth is available. The installation was extremely easy. Used one in the house and the other outside. Added power cable to avoid removing it for charging and the need to pick the right angle, when remounting. Highly recommend!

Using them for more than 10 days. Battery life is very good. Activity is normal and battery is holding. Purchased the covers/theft hoods also. Crisp video. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Good price & I used my Best Buy rewards towards it. I highly recommend it. Also, load the app & it clicks like a notification, similar to a text & you can see who is there & speak to whoever at the front porch. I love it!
