Great addition to my Google Home network. Cameras have Great sounds and video for the money. I do have them both hardwired in to get live video all the time. Want to add another for the back of the house.

Do not buy this item for an outdoor device. It was engineered to fail. Corrosion will build up where the charger port meets the camera. The design is not built to be waterproof or anywhere close to it. Mine lasted about 6months under an awning. Google would not even consider any warranty because I had everything except the useless cord. A C-port would have been better, still would have failed, but easily replaced. Do not buy for outdoor use. There are way better-engineered cameras for that purpose. Indoor use, sure, go for it, just know that the cord is one of a kind and uses a magnet to secure to the camera. The magnet is weak and short. Tends to fall out often. I have had two so far. Regret the purchase, and disappointed in the customer service treatment. Thanks, Apple, I mean CJ, for the awful customer experience. Tossing the nest as a whole, as I have 6 products and will use something reliable. There are free services for outdoor cameras. Not 99 dollars a year and expected to go up. Plus the software is kinda janky.

Great cameras, I tried using apple HomeKit cameras for 6 months and gave up, Logitech cameras would go offline every 2 days and would need reset.

Cameras work great! easy to install and with NEST aware sub they detect faces and always capture motion and send me notifications.. Paired with a couple solar panels so i wouldn't have to charge them all the time

So far not a bad camera. Still getting use to it. Going to see how long the battery life last

Picked these up open box "excellent". I had been keeping an eye out for a sale, but i never found one. Received a gift card for BB. These were easy to install, charge, and load onto my "Home". Hardware for multiple mounting situations. Batteries last approx 3-4 months depending on triggered recordings. I love being able to see my property at any time with these.

LOVE!! Easy to mount, and easy to use! We had a lot of work going on at our new house and the ability to communicate to the different people working through our camera was incredible! Very clear speaking on both ends and the camera has a huge view area. Love these! We have 3.

Great camera. I bought them because I needed a camera that I didn’t need to have plugged in all the time. The salesperson told me it would be months between charges. I have to charge it every night overnight. Which is a hassle and defeats the purpose of having a camera round the clock if it’s charging overnight.

Not for north dakota cold.. battery drains fast in cold

Battery is not good at all. Charging once a week at this point. Only have people notifications on. Cords are not long enough if you have in a tough area. Charging is so slow for 2022. A few hours. Then it doesn't last long. You want to install this in a easy access spot hopefully with an outlet nearby. Video says 1080p, but when I look at downloaded recordings. Blurry with any zoom. Does not detect people walk right near it at my place. But someone across the street I will get a notification. Not a bad option. But google home doesn't have much to offer regarding settings or video. Cannot even view videos on computer like Nest.

Easy to set up. Durable - I dropped one from 8 feet onto concrete while retrieving it for recharging and it still works flawlessly. I have everything Google so these integrated easily and seamlessly.

I get lots of deliveries to my home and i needed to keep an eye on them until i get home. Just what i needed, the battery life is great and the video quality and google interface is great as well.

These Google Nest Camera's were super easy to setup. They provide peace of mind while I'm not at home myself. There are several options to choose for monitoring and notifications with options to maximize battery life.

Good for apartments. Battery life becomes an issue if consistently watching cameras.

I love my camera it provides great quality and it stayed up during storm Helene.

I'm not sure why these cameras get such a bad review. After having Blink Cameras for almost a year they started to go out, have connection issues and everything. I can only compare the Nest cam against the Blink cameras, and the difference is night and day. I had a problem with people driving across my lawn, and Blink cameras couldn't activate fast enough to record it. I needed something that has continuous recording and Nest cam has done the job! 24 hours a day recording and smart motion alerts telling me if it's an animal, person or vehicle. That's pretty darn cool to me. Also, with Blink, only one person could view a camera at a time.... that's crazy. If you are viewing your backyard camera, your front yard camera won't work... they don't tell you that in the description. Not with Google. You can monitor all your cameras in real time at once from your phone, Nest Hub or computer! The cameras are a bit pricier, but... you get what you pay for. Most people don't want or need 24 hour recording... I love it!

Picture is better quality than I thought it would be. Sound is great also. I also like that fact that I can change the angle of the camera. I have had no problem with them magnets. The magnets are very strong holding the cameras up.

I would recommend this product. It has video and sound capabilities as well as the option to communicate through them. Setup is quick and easy as well.
