In addition, one of the three cameras wouldn't boot up after numerous tries on multiple networks. I brought back to Best Buy and was told I couldn't exchange for a single camera and instead needed to go take down the other two and return all three. . . and then start over again. Very frustrating

If the device won’t connect to the Google Home app, press the button on the back of your camera once and wait for it to restart. I installed one in the shed. The other two are covering the entry doors of our home. The battery powered cameras allow for flexibility as to where they can be installed. The battery life is very reliable.
