I use them indoors and outdoors to be able to monitor the various rooms in the house and the pool area in the back yard. 1) I use the notifications to alert me to when the pool cleaner, lawn maintenance, AC maintenance and others are in the yard. 2) The Cams also work well with my Lifx (Nightvision) bulbs which "light" areas I want to be able to monitor in the dark. 3) Can be integrated into Apple HomeKit. 4) They also act as a motion sensor for turning lights on and off with Apple HomeKit. (very pricey verses dedicated motion sensors but if I am going to place a cam somewhere where and it can act as a motion sensor, why not)

But unfortunately I can’t merge it onto my nest site. Only on my google account. Which I fine odd since I have my nest thermostat on my google site.
