    I like this little camara and it works quite well, but my only issue is it continues to turn itself off and I constantly have to turn it on in the Google Home App. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star rating.

      The issue may be related to a power issue. We recommend plugging your camera into a different power outlet and checking if it turns on. If your camera works with the new outlet without turning off again, you might have to move your camera or contact an electrician to fix the outlet. However, if power is on for your home but your camera doesn't seem to work in any outlet, the power cable might have an issue. Replace the cable and check whether your camera works. Finally, if none of the recommended steps work and the issue persists, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.     Camera works very well, and was easy to integrate into the Google Home App. Movement notifications are smart, and doesn't overload with unnecessary alerts. The cord was a good length as well

    I have a few of these and they work great. I just wish the app was a bit better. FYI: They will not work on the Nest app, you must use the Google Home App.

    Not perfect, it does have some odd quirks and isn't the best without the subscription which is kind of annoying. But it does allow me to check in on pets while I'm away on shift for 24 hours

    My wife, who is a caregiver needed to see her invalid mother when she would not be in the room. The camera allows my wife to see her mother anywhere by looking on her cell phone. The camera greatly serves our need.

    Great camera, excellent image. That said, I am NOT a fan of the Google app that you're forced to use. Terrible format, horrible user interface. Surprising Google hasn't figured this out yet and upgraded - if you're a Nest user, their app was incredible.

      The new Nest Cam (indoor, wired) is exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience. Our long term plan is to use the Google Home app as the one place you can control all of your favorite Nest and other smart home devices, as well as Google Assistant. In the near future, we’ll allow users to set up previous Nest devices and have full control in the Home app. Users with older cameras can view their camera feeds in the Google Home app alongside the new Nest Cams. Our team is working on bringing full functionality to the Google Home app so all of your cameras can be set up and controlled in one place.
