It works great, but not compatible with Nest. I tried to add to my thermostat and had to get a whole new google app. They want you to merge, but I am not interested in changing over, so now I have two apps.

I bought this to replace a nest cam which my dog chewed through the wire. It's upsetting that you can't unplug the wire and change it out, but getting this one on sale was nice and it was so easy to set up. I do wish Google was easier to integrate into a self-hosting setup, but being able to see the home live while i'm away and to scrub back through 3 hours of activity is decent.

Great quality and easy to install. We have 5 camera to go on our Google home and love the way it looks!

Love using this camera to check on my pets. With the Google home app I can see what they are up to and setup alerts for things such as noise and movement. Would 100% recommend if you want a camera for your pets when you aren't home.

Camera has a wide view and has decent quality video. Night vision works ok. Talking through the camera works very well conpared to other cameras I have tried. Only two things stop this from being a five star product. 1. It has a facial recognition which is cool but when activated it constantly notifies your phone of someones presence even if you set it to recognize you. I figured the point was to alert you of strangers in your house but I guess not. 2. When zooming in, especially while night vision is activated, the video quality drops the more zoomed in you are.

Great in home camera. I purchased this to be able to keep an eye on my new puppy. Clarity is great. Facial recognition is actually really good. Love that I can talk through the camera to her. Super easy to install and very reliable. Bought a second one for my daughter to watch her pups.

This is a really good camera for interior applications. The only issue I have is that you are forced to view the camera feed in Google Home, which is fine unless you have four other existing cameras that are in Nest Home. You can see the full camera installation in Google Home, but for your "legacy" cameras, there is no history or clip extraction available. Why?

Highly improved design over my original Nest cameras. More solid and clean looking. Swivels better and view is better day and night. Expanding our coverage with more.

Great camera for our family room. We can see kids, dog and anyone taking care of our home while away. Clear picture and very easy to place makes it a great camera. Easy to access through Google and easy to navigate videos.

Great little camera for inside use!!! Can be added to your other cameras through the google home app making it easier to keep an eye on your pets or even children!! Also helps with security when you’re not home as you can see what’s going on at home when you’re away!!! Love it!!

Nice camera. No issues. It paired well with the Google app. It was an additional camera for my home. I just wish they had a more attractive price. I still think they cost too much compared to other cameras.

This is second Google nest cam purchased but for some reason this one was more difficult to connect. Connected to Google Home after several tries, but am still unable to connect to my Nest app for some reason. Have not been able to get any assistance on how to connect other than telling me I have to delete all current settings in my nest app and then recreate the app by adding each product. That seems to be a very clumsy and inefficient process. Only reason lower rating is provided is because the quality of the product itself and the functionality with the current Google app is very good. Main issue is with synching and adding to Nest application.

dislike it because problems connection to nest wifi could be a wifi problem. Sometimes screen goes black after motion sensor. Good for price. Works great.

This camera works very well. It also picks up talking and noise very clearly so you can understand what people are saying.

Cameras and 2-way intercom work great. A couple steps in the setup procedure are not quite smooth, but can be figured out with a few tries. I purchased a reconditioned model that was missing the QR code. Be sure to use the code in the base instead.A For additional users to an established location; don't forget to accept the terms and conditions to get automatically connected

Camera is pretty easy to use. Set up was difficult with the spotty wifi we had and made the process much longer than it should have been. We connected our nest device to our google home for easier access for more than one user. Video quality is good. Audio is good, but if you have more than one camera and use the "talk" feature there is an echo. We had to scale back the notifications as it would notify us every time it saw someone. But overall, good system thats easy to use.
