    Really good camera. Works with Google Home well. Audio is good and talking through it with Google Home is also good. Every so often I need to restart it because the video is just a white screen. I think is has something to do with transitioning to night vision mode. Maybe a bit overpriced.

To isolate the issue further, we recommend removing some of the devices connected to your network. This will help free up some bandwidth space and you may then check and see if you will still experience the same white screen issue when transitioning your Nest Cam (Indoor, Wired) to Night Vision mode. Once you verify that the issue is related to a congestion issue with your network, we recommend contacting your Internet service provider to check your bandwidth and upgrade it if needed.

    This camera works pretty well and has great video and audio quality. However, the quality of the video at times would degrade showing purple shadows. I would have to turn the camera off and back on to clear it up. Other than that, this is a great camera.

If your camera gets too hot or too cold, the video may show a tint or shade of purple. We advise not to use your indoor cameras outside. They're not designed for outdoor use and have an operating temperature range for indoor environments. Another possible reason is if there's a problem with the Night Vision.
