    Big fan of these cameras. I have a good collection of them now covering both the interior and exterior of my house. Easy to set up and easy to monitor. I do pay the monthly fee for Nest Aware which is the main perk of these cameras. Having 24/7 recording capabilities and cloud storage is a big win. Happy with my purchase.

    Bought this to monitor the living room and dogs that walk around the room and works great, sends you notifications of movement, you can set up to alert you if there’s movement in a certain zone or location of the room. Clear picture streaming and the ability to talk to the other end is great and clear sounding.

      We understand that long time Nest users, like you, enjoy viewing their Nest camera feeds from the Nest app. However, our priority with this launch was building a complete experience for our new cameras and doorbell in the Google Home app. We wanted to make the Google Home app as the one place you can control all your favorite Nest and other smart home devices with the Google Assistant. The new Nest Cameras and doorbells are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with other Google Nest speakers and displays.
