Video quality is good and easy set up. only downfall is video quality is dependent on your WiFi strength so have your WiFi router near camera.

Facial ID on this is so cool! I had a full catalogue of faces it had learned in no time and then the trial expired and it lost all that progress when I said no....it became just a regular camera...I thought facial recognition was supposed to be built into this? Without the subscription it will not do any of that and I didn’t buy that expensive of a camera to keep paying every month.

This camera is great! It gives you so many options as far as schedules to turn on and off. The picture is perfect.

I bought the camera because of the auto track and zoom,also for the louder speaker.It works well,WiFi sometimes goes out don't know why?

I figured I'd have to hire Geek squad to install but it's plug and play. The quality of video and sound is amazing.

I recently purchased the Nest IQ cameras and love the ease of use and the quality of the product. Highly recommend!

Unless you want the extra features, I find it comparable and only difference being more expensive then the Nest Cam, which I find to be great!

I bought the Nest Cam IQ Indoor Wi-Fi camera because I think it has the best picture quality and its always recording

I replaced my old Drop Cam (before Nest bought that company) with the Indoor IQ. My old cam was 720p, so the mere fact that the IQ broadcasts in 1080p is an improvement. iSight is cool, but it isn’t terrific. For example, if someone moves fast, the camera doesn’t follow them fast. Also, if they are in motion and it’s an unknown person, the push notification will sometimes send you a blurred picture of the face and ask if you know them. Looking forward to software updates and upgrades.

These cameras work great and are easy to set up. I love that they work with the nest app.

The nest IQ cams work very well but I feel they are a little pricey when it comes to the monthly service fee. I pay $45 a month for 30 days of nest aware storage & it works well HOWEVER the app could use a bit of optimization on the iPhone 11 Pro & the app needs to be updated on the APPLE TV so that you can sign in with GOOGLE! DO NOT CONVERT YOUR NEST ACCOUNT TO A GOOGLE ACCOUNT AS YOU CAN NO LONGER USE YOUR APPLE TV TO VIEW THE CAMERAS!!!

Love the camera as it compliments a Nest/Google ecosystem. The only thing I would say is a drawback is the feature of having the camera be Google aware is its missing some nuances that would make it more usable, such as volume control on the output of Google request. Unlike the Google homes, Google Minis Etc were you can adjust how loud the device responses are the camera is set at one volume which in the evening hours can be very loud.

Great product that works very well. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought this camera for indoors surveillance of the first floor, especially at night when we are all in the second floor. Works great for motion detection, quality of image during the day and also infra-red. Please note that you will need to purchase the online service to take full advantage of the camera, otherwise after the trial period you will only be able to see screenshots of past events, in addition to live monitoring.
