This new Nest Outdoor camera will now zoom in and focus on people walking in your yard. The picture quality is excellent and it has a very wide view. No problems. Plus, Nest doesn't charge you for extra cameras anymore (it's all one subscription price).

Upgraded from Nest Outdoor to Outdoor IQ for face tracking. Now on camera alerts it says "Bob" was seen instead of just a person alert. Would like to see this continue to improve and allow alerting based only on unknown faces etc. Camera is the best for awareness of what is going on out front

Got the IQ model I’ve the regular model and glad I did. Very happy with this camera and works great with the nest hello door bell and google home. Would recommend this model to anyone. Installing was a breeze amd set up was no problem.

You need outstanding WiFi for these to work perfectly. I always wish these had 4K but the 1080HD works perfectly, I can zoom in on things and they won’t be super blurry like other cameras. Very worth it, I feel safe with these recording 24/7.

These cameras are amazing. One is placed in the front and the other in the backyard. The zoom-in feature when a person passes by is perfect. I feel safe when I am home and also when I am away from home. The nest plan for this is also affordable.

Totally worth the investment, the image quality is unpAralleled. Not to mention, the AI integrated in this camera and capabilities are just hands down AWESOME. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking about buying one, you won’t regret it!

Best camera I have purchased. No problems whatsoever. The quality at night is amazing and the auto zoom is a great feature. I leave it on all the time in my garage and the notifications are instant (Amazon delivery).

I feel so much safer with this camera it zooms in if it detects a person and follows them! Picture quality during day and night is much better than other brands out there. I definitely recommend this camera to everyone I talk to. My neighbor has one now too!

The video quality is amazing compared to its competitors. The speaker is pretty loud. I do suggest upgrading your internet speed since this camera does take a chunk of the bandwidth. The subscription for google nest is reasonable.

I just added these two outside cameras to my property and they are high quality. The images are super sharp and crisp, night mode is excellent, set up was a breeze. I had them professionally installed. Would definitely purchase future Nest products.

I currently use nest cams mainly because it's part of google and the 1st couple I purchased kept me into products. I enjoy a lot of the features the devices have, but the interface, cost, and mounting options are all definitely negatives. If I were to start from scratch I wouldn't buy them again. The outdoor cameras don't come with an outdoor power supply. That's extra. The camera mounts only alow the camera to go up and down, and not side to side, so in my situation where the camera is on the corner of my house trying to view my whole back yard, I had to customize a mount to get it to a 30 degree angle. The nest app also has been buggy since always. Sometime the camera view doesn't show up, wait 2 min, try again and it's fine.

I love these cameras. We have two. I don't love the price but the images they get are amazing. The only other downside is the size of the wire you need to run through the walls to an outlet. But other than that they are super high end.

This camera is excellent and if you're already utilizing the Google ecosystem it makes even more sense to get. I added this additional camera to my already Nest Hello doorbell and another Nest IQ camera that I installed.

We purchased this for outdoor security. It is better than we imagined. The distance it gets is amazing and the face recognition technology is unlike any other. Definitely recommend if you would like to get it for security reasons.

We had nest for a long time, then started having some issues with the cameras, well after switching to another name brand, we came back to nest within a month. The quality is too notch. Love the instant playback. The activity zones feature.

This is my favorite outdoor camera of all time. I have several around my house. They have been working flawlessly for a few years now without any issues.

We have tried the Arlo Pro 3 as well as the Nest Cam Outdoor and this one. The quality is amazing, love the face detection and also the camera auto zoom and follows people. The clarity is so good and colors are vivid and bright.

This was installed on our new home and I had planned for it. It has worked great, but a couple of times I would need to unplug it to reset it. All in all a great camera which looks over our back yard.

This is the top of the line outdoor camera that Google offers, and it worth every penny. Very cool tracking and zooming/following feature as well. Sturdy and high quality, so far has withstood winds and rain.

Good camera but for the price and functionality I’d probably would just go for the cheaper nest cam because the zoom in quality isn’t so good like I thought it would be.. but I like the detection and how it zooms in and follow the objects.. the nest aware is something you had to purchase to get the full effect. I already have one because of my nest doorbell and keypad.. but those that are new this might scare you away.. but just a heads up most of the security cameras does this now in order to open up all the features. I give it a 4 star cause google needs to work on their network and figure a way to stay connected. Sometime the apps does kick you out but it’s not hard to sign back in.. it just annoys me but overall I have to like it because I went the nest/google route.. I just love how everything works together.
