The nest IQ camera is great! It has great picture quality and a great app. If I had to say one bad thing about it it would just be that it seems a little bit overpriced. However, if you weigh in all of its features and its quality and everything you get it actually might be priced just about right. It’s a tough pill to swallow to just go ahead and pay for it, but once you have it you will not regret it.

This is the best Nest Camera to date. It has a much better HD Pixel than the previous two models. Although a little more on the pricey side, it will come down with time. I’ve bought 6 of these for outdoor use, and I’ve had zero problems and I’ve experienced heavy rain and wind and it’s worked flawlessly. Highly recommend this product, not to mention the Best Buy points I’ve earned which helped pay for my last two cams.

This is my 3rd Nest camera. The installation is very simple through the app. Great video audio quality.

Installed these as replacement for twenty year old cameras. What a difference! The quality of the video is excellent. Allows you to zoom in when necessary. For a yearly fee, you can have the videos stored so they're available to review if desired. Can customize the "viewable" areas and name each so when you are notified of movement or sound, it can be very specific as to where each is coming from.

Very good security camera. Tracks activity and sound perfectly. Very intuitive set up and operation.

Very easy to install. The only downside is it comes with 25' cord and is only intended to plug into an inside outlet.

We bought two of these about a month ago to place in front of the house. I considered the regular outdoor Nest Cameras but for the front of the house, we wanted the best image possible. Before these (and the regular Nest Outdoor cameras), we tried Arlo Cameras. While they were much easier to mount, I was not happy with the delay in recording and not so great two way audio. Back to the Nest IQ cams... One of several reasons we went with the Nest IQ Outdoor camera was the "hidden" wire. Since they are mounted a bit high, we weren't worried about having someone cut the wires, we mostly just didn't want them to be visible. Another reason why we went with the IQ cams was the better quality image/video. While the picture is great, I am disappointed that unless you "set" the digital zoom, when you zoom in on either alive feed or recorded one, the quality is not as great. Essentially, if you want something to be clearer, you need to zoom in before hand (and set it) instead of being able to zoom in and out as you please. For example, if a car is parked across the street of my house, I can zoom in on the license plate but it'll appear blurry. Now if I set the zoom, it'll clear/clean up the image but now the area being recorded is smaller. We also purchased the regular Nest Outdoor Cameras and while they are much cheaper (around half), these are noticeably better. All in all, we are happy with our purchase of the Nest IQ Outdoor cameras.

We put them in one of our facilities with out the knowledge of employees that managed our $20,000.00 system, with hopes to catch the people stealing thousands of gallons of diesel fuel, since the cameras went up we have not had anymore theft but have caught many people at off hours that should not be there. Excellent product, buying a few more for another location, quick, easy to install and cheap fix
