I could not maintain consistent connectivity to my network.

Great camera and easy to install and set up. Installed on my patio for security. Motion activation is sensitive enough to pick up squirrels and stray cats. I can stream video to the Nest app on my phone or my Google Nest Hub.

Easy to setup. Quality is great as long as you have sufficient wifi coverage/quality. It is placed outdoors in direct rain and sun and is holding up for now. Lastly, without the Nest aware subscription, it will only record a maximum of 3 hours and will loop there after.

I can observe my cabin located 140 miles away from the comfort of my home, and hear someone coming to check on it for me, a delivery, and even the guy who mows my yard. My only complaint is that it is a bit too sensitive. Birds, wandering cats, even flowers in the wind set it off.

Easy to install to a replacement doorbell, great app to control and good cameras. Has face recognition so camera will say who is at the door instead of someone at the door. I also bought the thermostat, indoor and outdoor nest cameras and all work great with app

Overall you're paying a lot of money for these cameras and you'd think you wouldn't have to pay monthly for basic features but unfortunately you do. Clips delete in a matter of hours if you don't have a subscription, you don't really get alerts, also the camera seems to go offline often.

Up side to this camera is, you can connect this to a 5 Ghz wireless network. Down side is you must pay to keep your footage in " the Cloud". If you want it to just look its fine, as long as your internet doesn't go out.

Very effective home security system. App isn’t pretty, but easy enough to get the job done. App is a little confusing to navigate as well. But the quality and construction are pretty solid. I like it so far, but wondering what life would be like if I went another route.

These cameras are great and have excellent clarity. They get good WiFi signal and hardly go offline. I have the google WiFi 3 pack connected to these. I haven’t experienced many issues. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy quality outdoor cameras.

Well made. Nice looking. But not practical. There is a large round piece in the middle of the wiring that is hard to hide. The camera is nice. The concept is nice. But to just plug it outdoors and leave it there for someone to unplug it and walk away with it is silly. The large round piece in the middle of the wire connections also means it's impossible to hide the wires along a trim or door edge or put inside a conduit. I returned mine after not being able to install it in a semi-decent looking way. It's an eye sore.

Works great, clear picture, works well with galaxy edge phone.

Good camera but did like the connector for two cords also would have to drill 1 inch hole in my log cabin to get cord threw. White cord would not be a good appearance to the cabin, Also leaves falling give motion sensor false alert to smart phone.

I love nest products, it’s been a really great addition to our home security. It was super easy to set up and install and has been great at being able to monitor the house and even caught some hooligans attempting to break into cars!

I have used next products for many years but this is the first time I purchased outdoor cameras. We use these for security and they work well. Only downside is that you have to pay additional monthly subscription fee if you want it to save recordings.

The Nest Cam is highly rated for its monitoring capability. The Outdoor Nest Cam takes it one further in allowing an easy and weather proof installation that does a great job monitoring an area and providing specific notifications, such as sound, activity, or even seeing a person.

Monthly subscription is expensive. This camera works great
