I purchased an Arlo 2 system for the inside of the house. And was completely dissatisfied. Cameras have to constantly be rebooted due to them being disconnected from the hub. The hub freezes which makes all the cameras obsolete until I come home and reboot the hub. Verizon FiOs gave me the nest doorbell and I loved it. It’s been almost 2 years with out issue. Then it came to install cameras outside of my home I code to try out the nest. And I completely love it. It’s simplicity, smoothness, and no complications. I love it so much that I have 5 of these cameras. With the new nest aware subscription, these cameras are even better due to that I don’t need a new subscription for each camera.

After some strange happenings in the neighborhood I decided to at an out door cam to keep an eye on things. We already had a nest indoor cam for our dogs so it was plug and play. Very happy with the outdoor nest cam. Infact I'm sitting in Best Buy's parking lot right now to pick up another one for our back yard!

Pros: - great picture - good sound - great notification system - easy to install - magnets on camera very strong, allow easy redirection of camera to desired angles Cons - expensive - cord mangement is nonexistent - seems like someone could just unplug it...

From the easy of set up and the quality of picture. These cameras are amazing. Now it does cost monthly to have nest keep the recording but I always wonder why someone would not just steal the recording device. With this they can not. The app works great on Galaxy S7 edge but it should work with other phones fine.

I love the nest cameras, i actuallt purchaed 2 sets , the moght vision and quality are great, only thing it lags quite frequently and you have to pay a yearly fee of over $200 to see history and more than a week of history

This was an easy install and works great. The only complaint is that the Nest recording account is a little more expensive than the competition.

Only been installed for a couple weeks but im very impressed so far. Great visibility at night. 2 pack is good value. Alerts you quickly to movement. The camera itself mounts on a magnet so it allows you a lot of flexibility in what direction you want it to point.

I own Revo cameras for my business and I've never been satisfied with the clarity of the camera and the clunky software. These Nest cameras are amazing the picture is great with 1080p and the Nest app is very easy to use. My only complaint is the sound recording but it not that big of a deal to me.

These security cameras are fantastic. Installation on my house was simple, I have a ranch, so was able to run the power through the roof overhang into the attic. Might be more difficult to install on other houses. Picture quality is fantastic, and the Nest app is also great. Highly recommended.

I bought the Nest cam to keep an eye on our driveway and it has turned out to be the best camera. Very clear video day and night. Easy to set up and install. I already have a nest cam inside and thought I would only need to pay for one cloud but need to pay additional fee. Still worth it to have a great camera.

Good camera and enjoy iphone updates on display. Disapointed that outdoor camera is not secure, only with a magnet. Would be easy to steal.

I love nest cameras. The quality picture is crisp and clear. Theres a pretty descent microphone on it too.

The Nest Cam 2 pack is so easy to install and provides extensive coverage of the driveway, garage and side yard. I can see and hear anything the camera detects. Great night vision feature as well. Super easy to install and great for seeing what’s going on when you aren’t around.

This is my third nest cam to incorporate into my home security and nest products have yet to disappoint.

This was the best security camera's that you can buy. Picture quality the best and the Mic is excellent.

Tachnical set up is a breeze. Image quality is great but also seems to disconnect from wifi off and on (that might be our internets fault). Still need to drill holes in house and wire it through the garage though. That might be more difficult than a wireless camera.

I kept this for my outdoor monitoring, little pricy but a best one for outdoor. Need subscription though

Super easy to set up an ad to my existing cameras. Very good quality. Holds up to the outdoor elements.

I have the indoor camera but have three dogs who play a lot outside and wanted something to be able to monitor them outdoors. I love the Nest ecosystem and this camera is great. Installation was easy and the quality is great. Awesome for my climate as it gets very cold and hot where I live.

The quality and functionality is excellent and the set up was simple. But, even after adjusting the microphone sensitivity and "motion zones" I get a couple false alarms almost every day. At night, moths trigger an alert. It's annoying to check several alerts every day just to see tree branches swaying, moths flying or singing birds setting off a false alert.
