I realize that some customers may have no issues with the install and use of this item, but I've had issues with the magnetic charger. The device appeared to be working fine for a little over a week until I received a low battery warning, and the device died completely. Upon inspection (up on a ladder) and after reviewing a few Youtube videos, it was obvoius that there was a visible bluegreen corrosion on the prongs which connect to the camera. I wiped away the corrosion, and in about 5 minutes it appeared to reconnect and charge. This has since happened a few more times, usually and somewhat understandably after heavy rain. Shouldn't these units have been more carefully product tested to withstand all elements?

Amazing product and video quality, easy to use and to manipulate

This camera is an excellent product, however the only issue i have with it is the fact that Google still has not provided any support of this item on the Nest application. The only way to view this camera is through the Google Home app. This also has taken away some functionality that is on the Nest app yet missing on Google. You cannot dedicate the cameras imager to a particular area like on Nest. Google home is also seemingly more clunky as compared to Nest. If you don't have any of the older Nest items, then perhaps you'll not miss this. The Image is very good and audio pickup is excellent. I can even carry on a conversation with people on the camera end as if I'm using Facetime. It was that fast. The light output from the LEDs is impressive.

If you are looking for a motion detected camera with floodlight, this is it, especially if you are in the Google ecosystem already. May be a little more expensive than others, but for me, it was worth it. I read some reviews that it was hard to install, I did not have that problem. Installation was very easy.

This camera was super easy to set up, and is far better quality than the one set up by the security company. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this. Was easy to install in place of an existing flood light. The only drawback is it does not work with the old Nest App where I have my other 2 Nest cams, only Google Home. Video quality is great.

This camera is worth it. Especially if you're investing in the Google ecosystem which I am. The lights are super bright at night and the sensors are very sensitive which I like. Before I barely step a foot onto my deck. It picks me up and the lights kick on. The video quality is also great!

The floodlight is very bright (but dimmable) and the camera quality is GREAT! The microphone is strong enough to even pick up my neighbors conversations across the street sometimes. And the facial recognition from Nest Aware makes this a top tier home security option

I’ve been using this outdoor camera for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. The video quality is amazing and installation was straightforward, and the app integration makes monitoring easy from anywhere.

Item has worked well for the last few weeks The lack of constant recording is a bummer at this price but that is the nature of cloud devices. It was convient to puurchase this device after alreadying having a doorbell from nest as well. Except that the cameras footage shows up in the google home app and the nest camera footage shows up in the nest app, even though the subscription is covering both devices. Either way image quality, recording, sensors and detection all work really well when triggered either via noise or movment

This is a great integration of a google nest cam with motion detect flood light. The lights are bright and react well and camera quality captures great!

This was easy to install (need two people) and has worked great. Easy to integrate into our set of Google and Nest devices. Lights are easily adjusted and brilliantly bright.

This camera and flood light works great together. The comb work off of my existing light switch. Works great with the light timer and motion sensor.

Easy to install and set up with Google Home app. One option I haven't been able to figure out is adjusting the brightness of the light. According to Google Change the brightness Note: If you start streaming video from your camera with the floodlight, the floodlight will turn on automatically. Open the Home app and select your floodlight. Drag the slider to change how bright the floodlight is. Unfortunately there is no slider in the app that I can find. Otherwise I really enjoy this product especially since I got it on sale.

Having this camera is great for home security. You can see day and night, and controll your flood lights from your phone, or smart device. Little to no connectivity issues

The Nest Floodlight Cam is a great replacement for existing floodlights that you want to replace or upgrade in locations where you also want to keep an eye on who or what comes around. The installation is as easy as replacing a normal floodlight and I have Google Home so it easily connects by Wi-fi and can be monitored and settings adjusted (how long light stays on, identifying faces/people, sound, etc.) You can even talk through the cam if you want and turn it on/off/ record video with easy commands. Great for added security by a back door or garage (that is in range of your wi-fi)

Loved this camera/light on our back patio area. Moved to a new house so not quite sure what to do with it yet, but i will figure it out
