Fantastic addition to my Nest camera environment at home. We already had the Nest Outdoor IQ and Nest Hello Wired (1st gen). I recently purchased this and was hesitant as I know it would force the use of the Google Home app vs. the legacy Nest app. That said, the experience isn't as bad as I anticipated. The other contributing factor for my decision is the Nest Aware plan I subscribe to allowed me to add this camera without any additional fees. Note: I did hire a professional electrician for installation and had them cut into drywall in the garage to feed electricity to this area for installation. I think it's worth the cost (installation was probably 3X the cost of the camera - took two guys about 5 hours) to do this right and end up with a very clean installation in exactly the place I wanted it. I much prefer the installation vertically like this. There is an option easily found in the Google Home app to rotate the image 180 degrees.

I absolutely love this new camera. Easy install when replacing an existing motion light. Only works with Google Home App but i knew that going in. Google Home App is getting easier to navigate and soon the Nest App will be gone. If you love Nest cameras and are willing to leave the Nest App, which is going to happen at some point for everyone, the i highly recommend this camera.

Install was simple and easy. Video quality is high quality.

As a luxury property manager, the Nest floodlight cams are a cost-effective alternative to high priced CCTV systems. With Nest I can provide complete security camera coverage around the entire house for a third the cost of a hardwired CCTV system.

Setup of the floodlight camera isn't smoothest process compared to the other vendors I have such as Eufy and Simplisafe. Doesn't have internal storage allowing you to view video recordings older than 1 day.

As a Ring owner that's missing out on things between recordings, this is what you wish you bought first. It also doesn't pixelate the first few seconds of image. I never would have caught a bird flying by on the Ring.

Excellent quality video and audio i own ring cameras but i will replace them all for nest cameras 100% recommended.

With an increase in attempted break-ins and property theft this floodlight security camera was a necessary upgrade to provide coverage over our patio area. Easy to install (albeit not with the best of instructions ... thankfully common sense is all that was needed, along with some pliers).

We have had Nest products before and loved them so when we decided on the flood light/camera combo for our barn, it was the perfect solution. We can monitor and have the flood light as well. We are extremely pleased with our purchase!

Very easy to install. If you are even slightly afraid of electricity, have someone else do it. Beautiful picture. Tons of setting but the notifications are annoying until it is set up right.

Works great and setup was easy! Only downside is that it doesnt work with the older Nest app, it must be viewed through Google home.

Really good investment, will purchase more in the future.

The light output is great and the light & camera are highly adjustable. The packaging is high end and the installation design considerations make the install intuitive and easy. Only works with Google Home app, not Nest app.
