We got it and could put it in 3 different places on our vacation home. We finally decided and it was hard to install. I had to get a siding piece. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE UNIT. But you should fully do all your homework prior to buying. The unit works fine and connected to our Google Home Hub easily. The picture is fine.

What good is offering facial recognition with this device, if the device is manufactured to chime every time a familiar face walks in to the field of view???
