Nest Dectect Flaw

The ones I have on the doors I don't want to pick up motion. In the Detect's settings there is a toggle to turn off motion if it's on a door. I keep turning off this toggle and I look the next day it's back on! After resetting the system and several hours with support, no avail. Returning the unit after so many headaches.
