    Installation was a little difficult. The video picture does not always work.Calling nest was not helpful in troubleshooting. When it works it works great.

    Easy to set up and great to monitor your front door. Notifies you when packages are left and picked up. Sometimes there is a latency in video but nothing extreme.

    I am all in with this product. Safety and privacy is of the utmost concern and this never fails. Creating zones keeps notifications down and allows me to only focus on my property and my safety without interfering with or being notified of my neighbors activities. I will always recommend this product

    The only thing good about this doorbell is the installation is updated and easier than the Gen 1. This doorbell constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi. At least 3 times a day for me. Have even installed a Wi-Fi extender to no avail. Also forces you to use google home app, which is overly complicated. Would not recommend at all. stick with Gen 1

    This doorbell is great. The only annoyance is the zone setting. It has to be precise to where you it exactly. If you take the time to zero in the specific area, it is great!
