Very easy to install. This is my 2nd doorbell (new home) and would not choose other brands.

Didn’t take long to set up. Screws are small and we dropped one into the wall but it still holds on tight the eay we modified it. Rings the existing door bell.

Had to put some eyes on the front of the house, no complaints. Installed it myself. I am no DIY champ, the instructions and online support was very helpful.

I had the 1st generation model for about 3 year, until i imagine it got burned out by the sun. Purchased this upgrade and love all the new features and easy setup.

It was really easy to install especially since they provide a step by step instruction video for self install. It connected to the rest of my smart home with no issues as well.

Very good product, picture is great and good sound quality. The notifications keep me informed as people come and go and its great for keeping an eye on my car parked out front.

Installed and synced up easily. Works very well, I did have to replace a transformer, which was also easy.

Wonderful sense of security with a clear picture of who's approaching your front door. Also good that I can interact with who ever rings my doorbel or on my front porch. Easy to install! Great product!

Works great! We use with our google max and with our fridge. Let's us see who is at the door from our kitchen and bedroom.

Very disappointed in the gen 2 product. A step down in nearly every single way from the first wired doorbell, particularly build quality. My first gen Nest doorbell lasted approximately 5 years which is awesome. I purchased this one December 1st , 2023 and it was dead 1/14/24. Really disappointing, and made worse poor technical support from google. Basically jerk you around and waste hours of time doing stupid things. I genuinely think their goal is to break you down so you give up. Ontop of that you will be forced to use the google home app (this camera is not compatible with NEST). For those who have used both apps, the difference is night and day. Google home is a mess (no integration with most nest products , extremely limited functionality). I guess the only good thing I can say about this camera is it is cheaper than gen 1, and the video quality is pretty good... because of the horrific hardware and software issues avoid this camera

The camera is great but the thing does not work with our chime. I ordered the suggested chime but I am not going to drill a bunch of holes so I will find an alternative.

The Resolution is not the best but I am really enjoying my purchase. It notifies me of events really quickly and The field of view is great for my needs.

Easy to install in place of existing doorbell. Very cool to hear google speakers announce my friends name at the door!

If mid was in the dictionary there would be a picture of this doorbell. Somehow I think it’s worse than the original nest hello I replaced which is sad. It disconnects a lot which is very annoying. I’m not sure if it’s the new software or what it’s just not as reliable. Highly annoyed I bought it as a supposed upgrade.

Does a excellent job of giving me clear and timely pictures of my house entrance. Great Product Google but only gives me the great performance I have come to expect from a Google smart Home device!

Great item! Always wanted to be able to monitor the front yard/driveway. Fits in perfectly with the google nest cameras and thermostat
