This door bell is leaps forward away from my old one I had a nest 2 doorbell and the video clarity and ringers are way louder.

Upgraded from the battery version. I'm liking the smaller form factor and larger field of view. I just wish the Nest Home Premium subscription was priced competitively. I guess it would make sense if you had a lot of cameras and was completely invested in the Google Home eco system, but at that point... it's unfair and they have you hooked.

Bought this as it has 1hr record time to device if wifi goes out then uploads to cloud. Will test but quality of picture is good. Wish they had alerts like ring did when someone walks buy.

I upgraded from the Nest Doorbell Wired 2nd Gen. The hardest part is turning off the transformer to do the wiring. It's a 5 minute swap. If I had to suggest an improvement I wish the speaker was louder. I don't think it gets any louder than the last model.

Purchased this to replace our old Gen 1 Nest Doorbell, picture quality has significantly improved! I was skeptical about the new design's asthetics, but it does look modern and sleek.

I had the 1st gen door bell. This is a huge improvement. I can only image the benefit of a 4k version of this with a higher frame rate of recording. That would really be great!

Upgraded from a 1st gen and wasn’t expecting much but video / playback quality was surprising. Install was much easier too.

So I upgraded from the previous Google doorbell, this one does have a wider view which is better compared to the previous one, the only thing I've noticed is that the night vision on this model is not as great as the previous model.

I purchased my first Nest door bell 5 years and never looked back. I recently purchased this new one and I have no complaints. It works will with my chime.

Upgraded from the 2nd generation. Video quality seems a little better than the 2nd generation. What's best about this 3rd generation is the larger field of view. Huge difference from the older model. Love the AI video descriptions but that does require a subscription.

upgraded my previous doorbell and it works great. Even though you need subscription for 24x7 view, I'd still choose that than only have it motion based.

Way way better than the gen 2 which was a complete rip off. Even the gen 1 was better than the gen 2. I think the gen 2 was just a money grab tbh to fund for the gen 3. I can honestly say this is the best one they've came out with.

This was easy to install and easy to set up with google home app. I was replacing a much older google nest camera that had seen a little too much of the Florida rain and weather!

Very easy to install, great video quality and now has Gemini AI to video ID whats coming to your home, who is arriving, etc. I recommend this product.

Great doorbell camera. Make sure you have the correct power supply at the doorbell to install. We had to upgrade our transformer but it works flawlessly once we did that.

My old camera stopped working, so I replaced it with this one. The new version has a better design and installation process than the previous one, but it's inconvenient because it doesn't connect to the app.
