    A big upgrade from the first gen. The picture is clearer and picks up motion/people faster. Installation is very easy and integrated with my other Google systems from the get go. Got a 15% off by trading in my old doorbell.

    Got this to replace my Gen 1 Nest Doorbell. This has better picture/video quality and viewing angle. Definitely an upgrade from my previous doorbell camera. I would recommend it.

    The camera works well and the Google home app is fairly intuitive. The mounting instructions could be a bit clearer, as it is a bit tricky to get just the right amount of tension on the mounting bracket so that the camera properly engages.

    My old camera stopped working, so I replaced it with this one. The new version has a better design and installation process than the previous one, but it's inconvenient because it doesn't connect to the app.

    One of the best I've used, with one exception... I use Alexa for routines and google cameras can't be used as a motion trigger. The option is there, but it won't work. I guess this is more of an Alexa failure though. Pretty good and stylish doorbell.

    Had to replace original Nest Doorbell Camera when it died. Lasted almost 10 years of continuous use so opted to get a newer model. Upgraded resolution is nice. Installation was easy, just wish they didn't make you look everything up online to install.

    The quality is better than the previous version for sure. The AI is a nice touch, but it's not always right yet. If you have the previous version, I would stick to it since other than the video quality, I don't see a reason to upgrade it.
