Great thermostat but not for us. Wasn’t a fan of the learning feature but it’s works great!

It is very convenient to adjust the temperature any where from the house (or anywhere else) with your phone. Sometimes it goes to eco mode which I do not mind if it is summer but when is winter, I want it warmer.

I absolutely love my nest works great with Alexa products and I can program it before I get home to cool or heat my home.

I have really enjoyed this product. My favorite function is controlling it while away. If I forget to set it when on vacation...I can fix it!

If you want something to help you safe on energy snd give your house a great look! This is the way to go

I love the Nest Thermostat. I always forget to turn down the thermostat when I leave the house. I can now turn it down from anywhere. I love it.

I use this product at a vacation home and it works great. I can always tell what the temperature is at the location and how the HVAC system is performing.

Super simple to install IF you have a (blue) common wire ran to your current thermostat. My home was built in 07’, current thermostat did not require a common wire but luckily one was installed just not connected so all I had to do was connect one end up in the attic to the furnace to make it “live” and then plug it into the nest. It SAYS you can use the Nest without one but what ended up happening was my AC system would run for 30 seconds and then shut off for 10 and then kick back on. Certainly not healthy for the unit! This happens because the nest needs more power to charge its battery and my AC system didn’t take to that kindly.
