I bought bunch of Google Nest products for my new home, including doorbell, floodlights, thermostat and GA displays. I change my temps using the google app from any where…I have had this for almost a year and no regrets

I love this thermostat! Yes, a bit pricey. It's features are great though from it learning my habits, to being able to remotely control it; plus the parental controls are great too to prevent "unauthorized" temperature changes. This is my second one and it can sometimes in the set up take a few tries to get it connected to WiFi, but its features outweigh the temporary inconvenience.

I've read about the Nest Thermostat for years, and finally made the investment. It's as awesome as you think it would be. Installation was super simple, especially for someone not as familiar with this type of thing. It works perfectly and the app that goes with it is just as simple. You can change the thermostat settings from the device itself, the Nest app, or with smart home devices such as HomeKit on iOS or an Amazon Echo. If you've been on the fence about purchasing a Nest, just go for it. You won't be sorry.

Streamline look is attractive. Motion sensor displays temperature when you get close. Easy to install, and set up.

The directions for setup were good, but still didn't have the color wiring I had with my old thermostat. I called once to get assistance and the helpline was not so good. Before taking it back to Best Buy I called one more time and got an outstanding support person who took the time to go through the entire setup...wire by wire. He helped me get this up and running in no time and it has operated like a dream. It really learns quickly from my routines and adjusts according to my typical usage. I love it!

Very easy to install with the included equipment and wall plate. Wiring was super easy and I had it up and running in under 10 minutes. The learning function is working even better than I expected. I rarely have to change the temp I'm usually just checking the app for all of the interesting info. The rebate from my utility company makes it a better value than if you were paying full price.

Great buy at Best Buy. Easy to install and love the options it has to offer. This 3rd generation thermostat is the best.

The Nest thermostat controller is a wonderful, easy to use, controller. We use them in our home and in our church building. They can even be controlled by your phone from anywhere. I highly recommend these.

Works great and easy to install. Make sure to have a common wire or it won’t work.

I bought this since our current thermostat somehow broke and needed to be replaced. Setting up can be difficult for a beginner but use the app and it walks you through the set up step by step. I love having to NOT have to reset the temperature when I leave or come home. It “learns” my schedule and does it all for me. I haven’t touched it since the first week we installed it ! The Nest app is also great to see what the temp is away from home. Highly recommend !

I've had the thermostat installed for a little over three weeks and it's working great. The only issue encountered was that my existing system has a lot more wires than were included in the installation instructions. In order to not damage the unit, I paid $99 for professional installation and couldn't be happier. Also, since my utility company offers $100 rebates, this was a great value!

I have been very pleased with this thermostat overall. It was easy to install and pretty easy to get set up as well. They even have a very good process for verifying if this will work with your existing system. I took a picture of my wires and everything from my existing thermostat and sent it to Nest. I received a response within the next business day and they even had personalized instructions for me on how and where to connect everything (as well as confirming that it was compatible). Well made product!

Easy to use, installed in less than an hour, has both inside and outside temperature, plus lots of other features, highly recommended.
