awesome product to set temp from phone. It is downstairs and when the upstairs is too hot we can change the temp without having to actually go back downstairs. Works great

This is my second time getting a nest thermostat love the product makes everything easy inconvenient

I really didn't see what all of the buzz was about...until I got one myself! Installation: wow...just wow. Extremely simple...both the mounting and wiring connections. From start to finish: 11 minutes. Setup: minor hangup getting it to connect to another Nest device to use existing settings (network connection, account, and some other aspects I assume)...but other than that, it was painless. Use: I probably could have gone with a more basic model as I am not really using the 'learning' aspect of this device, but the schedule creation and modification (in the app) is easy.

Purchased 2 to replace my old thermostat and just love how much better it looks and easy to use. I love how I can use my phone to corro it from anywhere.

No. No they don’t. My entire home is Nest, from perimeter cameras around my home to a Hello doorbell camera and Nest Yale lock. Each works phenomenally and the thermostat is no different. The install went without a hitch and took me probably no more than 15 minutes. YouTube has a very clear and thorough video which makes the install a total breeze. Once you’re up and running, the thermostat walks you through the setup process step by step without any hiccups. The Nest UI is extremely easy to understand and navigate. And to top it off, this thermostat is beautiful and looks very stylish yet elegant. I love Nest!

Its very easy to install and looks beautiful. great display and easy to use/control from phone and the program is intuitive as long as you allow it to self-learn. Highly recommended

The nest thermostat is easy to program, turn on. and use. we bought 2 for our house and they work better than expected. I would highly recommend this thermostat.

Very functional. Very attractive. Easy to use changing the programed temperature manually took some effort, but that is not the intended use. Proximity activation works very well. Very good product. Remote control through phone software is easy.

The nest thermostat gives the ability to remotely control and schedule the operation of the fans, heat and AC. Having a C-Wire (Common Wire) routed from the furnace to the thermostat is highly recommended. Without the C-Wire, the Nest thermostat can constantly run into "Low Power" issues since it cannot charge the battery at the rate which it drains.

Nice design and east to install and program. Being able to control and monitor it remotely with a smartphone is great!

I love how my thermostat learned to turn down at night by it's self and turn back up in the morning. Looks great on my wall and very easy to use!

Easy to install. Works great. Placed in the hall but seems to learn quickly to even out temperature in 2nd floor of house.

This is my first smart thermostat. Installed it myself and had no issues. Instructions were very clear and easy. Switched from a bare-basic, builder-grade digital thermostat that had NO features or options. This thing learned within 3 days how we wanted to change the temp from day to night and back again. I'll be interested to see how it handles the change in seasons, when we might be shutting the AC off to open windows, then go to heat, then shut off, and then maybe back to AC (gotta love PA weather).

Setup was easy and works as expected! After using for a month, I’ve already found multiple situations in which I’ve saved money on my gas usage.
