I was really skeptical that this wifi thermostat would live up to the hype. But boy was I wrong. I absolutely love this thermostat! My previous thermostat used batteries and was a pain to use. This thermostat does not require batteries and is simple to use. I can even control my temps when I'm away from home from my iPhone. Check with you local energy supplier as I was also able to receive a $100 rebate for purchasing this wifi energy saving device?

This is my favorite thermostat. Big numbers to read, easily adjusted from the dial or my phone. It’s great because I can lock it into a specific range or a specific temperature and not worry about my family going too low or high with the temp. It saves me money! It learns what I like the temp at and adjusts it automatically. You won’t be disappointed with this thermostat!

The nest thermostat is simply put a great smart thermostat with a clean look and great connectivity. There are a few thermostats with better capabilities but I like the nest app and the actual thermostat looks so much nicer. Install was easy and setting everything up took no time at all.

So much better than the units that came with our security system. Was excited to replace it and upgrade to this Nest. Easy to set up, wiring was straightforward, interface is user friendly…love the mobile option. Update and monitor from my phone…its all good!

We purchased our first Nest thermostat around the time we bought our home in July of 2015. After a few months and noticing our electricity bill get lower and lower we decided to purchase a second Nest thermostat for upstairs. We set the thermostat to be comfortable for our dog during the day and comfortable for us in the evenings. Guilty Pleasure: we enjoy not having to get out of our warm bed when its cold and turn on the heater with our phones :)

So let me start off by saying that, for me, $250 is alot to spend on a thermometer, especially considering I moved into a house that had a working thermometer. It's worth it though. It's already saved money on my electric bill, I can set the temp of the house from anywhere (as long as my phone is with me) and the thermometer's learning function make it virtually hassle-free. Set-up was a breeze (about 10 minutes total) and it takes care of itself.

This is the second time I've bought Nest units for two separate houses. Currently have two installed in one place. They install easy and work flawless. Hoping they support Apple Homekit in the future.

Wanted to try this out and see if it was worth the hype and I can honestly say that my family and I love it. It is easy to install, use the app and make manual adjustments. Not to mention it looks really sleek and futuristic on my wall. We can see the savings also on our monthly bill and we enjoy adjusting the temperatures wherever we are.

This probably one of the best purchases we have ever made. My wife likes to change the temperature in the house often. At night, she likes it cool, but doesn't want to leave the bed. With this device she can set a schedule, allow the nest to learn, or manually change the temp without leaving the bedroom. We have already saved on the gas and electric bill over the last couple months because of this ability to control our temp, looking forward to more benefits in the near future.

We were looking for a new thermostat and this seemed like a good choice. It learns all of your patterns and adjusts. We also received a $125.00 credit on our electricity bill. So far it has worked flawlessly. If it's hot and I don't have the A/C on at home I can turn it on from my smart phone App before I get home and have it be comfortable. It also tracks when you're not at home and adjusts. I would recommend it highly.

It's easy to program, install, adjust remotely. I am not sure if it has saved me money. The only bad part is that you need one for each zone of the heating and cooling system so I had to buy two.

This thermostat is awesome I can control the temperature from my bedroom, from the road, anywhere I get signal. When I leave work I set the temp down so when I get home it's nice and cool, if I forgot to raise the temp when Ive left the house to save energy hey no worries nest 3rd gen is here. Also keeps a pattern on what temps we like to keep it on and what times. I was skeptical at first but after purchasing it I wouldn't have it any other way. We LOVE it.

My husband bought this and I thought it was a bit pricey for a thermostat. However seeing all the features that it's capable of, I was immediately impressed. I love how it lights up when I walk by at night and we can program via our phone. It also tells you how long it'll take to heat up your house to the desired temp which prevents us from blasting the heater! It looks great on the wall and the rebate program makes it even better!
