We like it so far. Have not had any issues with it and it was easy to set up. I did not install it but could have if I did not have the technician install when I got our furnace replaced.

This is a good item. Easy to install, good looking. But it's just not the same as the Ecobee.

I was unable to set up my 4 wire thermostat using the online utility. I called Nest support and the support specialist was very apologetic and helpful but was unable to resolve my issue after more than an hour of effort. He finally concluded that it was bad and sent me a replacement. This time I called a Nest recommended technician to install it. He initially had the exact same problem I did. I told him it was a heat pump, so he wired it differently than the instructions and it worked. When I was ready to install the second one, I looked at what he did, combined with what I found online, and successfully installed the 5-wire thermostat myself. After surviving that struggle I am now happy to report that they both work very nicely and I have received my rebates from the power company.

I had a first generation Nest that worked really well. After moving into my new home I purchased 3 of these units. Works great and I can control them all from one swipe of an app whether I'm at home or away.

This is a great thermostat and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have had lower heat bills and it is great at cycling the temp down during the day and evenings. It has taken a while for me to get used to "turning the heat up remotely" before I go home. You can have it on a program that goes "on" an "off" at certain times but my schedule varies and I travel. Overall, an excellent product and I would buy it again....

Bought the nest a few weeks ago. Like all the functions about it. It learns your settings. You can control from your smart device, you can even see your history usage and make the necessary changes to lower your bill. This little device pays for itself.

Google Nest Thermostat is perfect!!! Easy to manage the temperature.

More powerful than a standard programmable thermostat, allows you to set a range of temperatures if you go above, AC turns on and below the heat turns on, you don't need to change it back and forth from heat or AC. also allows you to control remotely.

This was my first nest product and I can't be more happy about it. It is so convenient to be able to change my temperature with my phone and when I'm out of the house. The scheduling feature is awesome too where we can have it get warmer/cooler when we wake up.

I love this thermostat! You just basically leave it alone and it learns. And if you don't like the temperature it chooses, based on your usage, just adjust it manually or through Alexa or the app!

Best purchase ever.. our air conditioner works way more efficient and our rooms are cooled upstairs when before it was always hot. Love, love, love this thermostat. We also bought the room sensors to help balance everything.

Even though my existing thermostat still worked, I saw advantages to having a thermostat that I could control from my phone and allowed me ro monitor the temperature when away from home! Nest has a great reputation which made my decision to buy easier!

We bought this product because we needed a new thermostat but had no idea how much we'd end up loving it. So many great features such as learning your schedule at home to adjust accordingly and noticing when no one is home to change to eco-mode.

The Nest thermostat is a great addition to any home. It’s easy to use and the smart technology works well with an iphone. Looks very clean on the wall. This is the 2nd one I have purchased.

Great thermostat. Bluetooth capability is easy to use. Using my phone I can monitor inside as well as outside temperature at my home. Also control the temperature remotely. Worth the price I paid.

Easy to install. Used directions and took less than 30 minutes to get working. Hardest part was trying to get hooked up to phone as our internet is slow. Will try again later.

Loving my NEST thermostat. I connected it immediately to my Google Home mini. And the Home/Away feature is perfect for when I go to the beach for long trips! My house is always comfy when I arrive!

After years of not believing the hype and not wanting to spend $250 on a thermostat, I broke down and purchased one of these beauties. The price dropped to $219 which helped, but I finally pulled the trigger on the purchase and couldn't be happier. Installation and setup was a breeze. It only took about 25 minutes for my son and I to get it up and running and programmed. The only downside is that it doesn't work with Apple's Home application, so Siri voice control doesn't work to control the device. That being said, we have the Nest app installed on our phones, and my son has a Google Home Mini in his room, so we are set. If this worked with Apple, Amazon Alexa and Google it would be perfect.

I love that I can use this thermostat with our Alexa ... it makes it easy to change & check in on the temp in our home. We haven't really used the "Learning" features of this product yet.

Replaced my other smart thermostat. Love it, so easy to connect and ready to save you money.
