Easy to install and even easier to use. Saving money

Will save you money , nice to know if issues arose while away will get an alert if offline for some reason. also nice to adjust temp before getting home when returning from vacation so its nice and cozy upon return. Now have to use the google home app to control , it was better when all controls were next standalone app but its ok still. Wish it worked with alexa but ai knew this when i bought i control from phone app

This Thermostat is excellent. 3rd one Ive purchased. Recently sprung for the Gen 4 Thermostat and it is an instant regret. You can still operate this through the nest app, while the 4th gen forces you to use google home which is overly complicated. If you're debating this or 4th gen, don't waste the extra money for the visuals. Plus the rebates from RMP and DE make it even cheaper!

Easy to install, very convenient, amazing product!

Having the Nest thermostat is amazing. Makes changing the temperature in my place so much easier when heading home on a hot day. This will be going with me wherever I move to!!!

I had a first generation nest thermostat, loved it. We moved to new house, left thermostat in old house, and upgraded new home to this most recent nest thermostat. It works exactly as i expect it to. there’s not much else to say. nest thermostat is the best and i recommend it to everyone.

Easy to set up and even easier to operate. Needs some getting used to temp settings to achieve accuracy, but it is offset by the convenience.

Great thermostat, however geek squad did a horrible job trying to install it my new thermostat. When disconnecting and uninstalling my old thermostat the technician crossed to wires that fried the main power source to my hvac system and blew a fuse. So the install wasn’t successful and the reinstall of my old thermostat was no longer working. I called the supervisor to the geek squad to have another technician come out the following day and he couldn’t determine what the issue was and tried to say I had rats in the Attic that chewed on lines hvac lines to thermostat, which I knew that was a lie because he didn’t go up there to check and I just rebuilt my house from the ground up. Called an actual hvac system company to see what was the problem and all the issues where from when the first geek squad tech came out and crossed the wires. Everything happened at the base of thermostat of failed installment of the my google nest thermostat. & I didn’t receive my Reimbursement for the install that did not & I had to come out of pocket $600+ to fix my hvac system that Best Buy geek squad messed up.. Horrible experience ever..

I love this. I had an old thermostat and felt it wasn’t working efficiently. Installed this, after researching if it was compatible. We just got our first bill and it is heating more efficiently. We saved $40.00. I like that it has a filter reminder. The learning part is great. We’re beginning to set a routine and it’s working great.

I wouldn’t have any other thermostat in my house. We have two and they are compatible with our complicated ac and heating system in our house. Quick install and it has never failed us. Have had them for years.

Love this nest thermostat. Easy to use n navigate. The app is the game changer for me n that fact it learns habits to adjust accordingly. U can also turn down your heat when going out n b4 u get home, use the app to turn on. Very convenient.

Love this and the features for helping keep our energy costs down. It learns trends to be able to heat or cool the house efficiently. We have an extra Nest sensor for the nursery to help control the temperature for the baby. Only downside is you need someone to install for you if you have a complicated Heat/cool system
