The prodict is easy to use and install. It is a DIY project thT does not take all weekend and does not break the bank. It saves money as it makes certain it brings comfort.

This thermostat is amazing and super easy to set up. It will definitely pay for itself.

I love our Nest. I like seeing how many hours the AC and furnace run each day. I also love the auto-away feature that automatically enters into eco mode with preset low and high temps when you are away from home, or should I say when your phone is away from home. The remote access to controls is great too.

Just bought a new house and needed a new thermostat immediately…this was a great pick. I have never installed one and it was so easy

The app walks you through setup, then saves you money with geo fencing and easy to set schedules one for each day. The best also learn how long it takes to cool or heat your house depending on the forecasted temperature.

We live in an area where you could have the potential for frozen pipes being able to check the temperature while on vacation to make sure everything was good was great

I have a lot of good things to say about this thermostat and very few bad things to say. Design, functionality are all great. My biggest gripe is that Google/Nest have not integrated this product with HomeKit so I can't use this with Apple Home/Siri. This is a poor decision hence the lower rating.

With the help of youtube, the set up was easy. Will have to update to see if it really does save us money but hooked up with the rest of the smart home devices from google.

I think i installed my nest at the wrong time. I installed it at the beginning of spring that's when the temperature changes. I have seen a change in my utility bill. However, I don't know if my savings are due to season change or the nest. Either way it's still a cool product. Especially being able to program from my phone

Does the job perfectly. Understands simple voice commands only when paired through Alexa but thats ok. The airwave feature is a good one. Got the stainless steel one and is absolutely beautiful to look at. Crisp bright display.

Put one in our home a few years ago. Upgraded my mom's houses so she can control the AC/heater even when not at one of them. Easy to install - make sure your equipment can accommodate - and the Nest app is stratightforward - even when managing multiple Nests at multiple properties.

If you want the best this is it. It is expensive but coming from a dumb thermostat there is no going back. The feature I find most useful is auto away. This turns off the heater or AC whenever it determines no one is home. This always us to use the AC without fear if accidentally leaving it on and getting a huge bill.

I will be brief. This thermostat does what it says it will. It is very smart in learning your patterns to know when you are home to save you money. Only problem I had was when I worked from home it would turn on auto away , but that was my error for not turning that off for the day. In all a great piece of tech for any home.

This is the best Nest thermostat yet. The prior generation occasionally would loose it's connection with my router and then would show as offline in the Nest app. It was very annoying. Haven't had that happen yet with the 3rd generation Nest. The larger screen is nice too because it's much easier to read from across the room.

Super impressed with how effectively this product improves your energy efficiency! Being able to set your schedule into the thermostat is very easy to begin with, but the thermostats ability to automatically adjust based on whether or not you are home is a game changer.

This product has truly impressed me with how far technology has come. Being able to use the product and it learn you schedule when you need cooling or heating becomes an awesome feature. Plus if its too cold when you are laying in bed not having to get up to turn on the heat becomes a huge benefit.

Recently purchased and installed the Nest thermostat and so far it's great. Installation was straightforward and I found the Nest app very helpful during the installation process. Haven't had it long enough yet to determine energy saving or its impact on utility bills, but I am looking forward to tracking this.

Got this mostly to have control of our home while traveling. Have only had for three weeks. Like the way it lowers the temperature automatically when you're away for a few hours. Had electrician install but set up was easy. Will be interesting to see how well it works when we start our travels in 2018

I love the Nest product lineup but the 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat might be the best of all their products. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move toward a connected home. The product is great, the app is great AND there are a ton of 3rd party apps that work with Nest while integrating with other connected home technology.
